What’s WordWatch?
It’s a book, published post-humously in honor of Lawrence Fellows.
Who was Lawrence Fellows?
Larry Fellows was a longtime Connecticut Press Club member and an inveterate newspaperman.
At one time or another, he served as editor of the Westport News, Westport Minuteman and Greenwich Time.
He was also a New York Times correspondent, later becoming the Connecticut bureau chief who introduced the Connecticut
Weekly as part of the Sunday Edition of the Times.
Larry Fellows was also the first recipient of CPC’s Mark Twain Journalist of the Year Award.
